GeriatriApp is an application designed to facilitate decision making in the geriatric patient to the doctor and other health professionals, through comprehensive geriatric assessment.
It has multiple scales to assess different domains such as social, physical, emotional, functional, cognitive, pharmacological, nutritional, medical and comorbidities. This allows to create a risk profile in the elderly patient and with it the decision making according to the problems and needs of each individual.
GeriatriApp is an application born from the Geriatrics group of the National University of Colombia.
