The application "MY DOCUMENT" is a project of Rotaract Club Shirok Sokak Bitola in cooperation and assistance from Rotary Club Shirok Sokak Bitola, which aims to bring closer and make information on certain administrative procedures and procedures more accessible to all citizens of R. Macedonia.
Living in a society in which new administrative procedures are constantly being generated and where we have frequent changes of laws, we have found that it is difficult for citizens to access the information they need to achieve their goals. their rights, ie how to access the necessary documents. For these reasons, we have created the application "MY DOCUMENT" which enables quick and easy access of all citizens to systematized information and forms for more than forty administrative procedures, will minimize the time spent through the administrative mazes and will certainly encourage them. in realizing their rights.
MY DOCUMENT covers six institutions, with which citizens make the most intense contact in their daily lives, such as: Basic Court, Real Estate Cadastre Agency, Ministry for Internal Affairs, Pension and Disability Insurance Fund, Health Insurance Fund and Registry Office. The application enables each user to send the required information and templates for issuance of the requested document to their email, as well as to print them.
We hope that the application will achieve its goal, that is, the same. will contribute to better access to information and the exercise of their rights by citizens. The plans for the near future are to supplement the application with information, procedures and templates from three more new institutions with which citizens make frequent contacts.
