Mushroom Snap - collect mushrooms!

This first version of our photo mushroom identification app requires a little basic knowledge as well as common sense in mushroom picking and determining with this app. A total of 350 mushroom species are shown in 2,520 images.

Often the handling of a nature app is complicated - not with our tried-and-true SUNBIRD apps - the clear and simple menu navigation as well as the excellent photos also distinguish this app! In rare ways that only confuse when determining, this app was deliberately omitted.
The app was developed by PhD biologists with over 30 years of own mushroom collection experience. This experience also helps the inexperienced user in the field of safely distinguishing edible mushrooms from their poisonous doppelgangers. He learns which mushrooms grow under which trees and receives a lot of important information in the extensive texts for each species.

You can search for each fungus by German or scientific name. The mushrooms can be sorted either by relationship, edibility or alphabetically.
